Submission of Abstracts

Abstracts not exceeding 250 words are invited for inclusion as podium (oral) or poster presentations in any of the sub areas/main topics of symposia. Please state the title, author(s), author affiliation and choice of mode (poster/podium). Indicate the name and also the date of birth of the presenting author if you would like to compete for the Best Paper Awards (see below). Abstracts submitted for competition shall be assigned to the poster sessions. The name of the presenting author must be underlined. Confidential peer-review shall determine acceptance or rejection.

To submit Abstract kindly register online first and submit your abstract through your delegate login panel only latest by November 30, 2023 (Extended Date). Acceptance shall be communicated by December 5, 2023 (Extended Date). Please send the abstract(s) online only through the delegate login panel. No abstract submission will be accepted on email.

Guide line for submission abstract:

The abstract should be typed in the following format.

TITLE (14 PT BOLD, CENTERED)

Presenting Author, Other Authors, Senior Author* (12 Point, Normal)
Department Name, Institute name, Institute address (10 point, Normal)

E-mail: (9-point, normal)

The one-page abstract should be typed in 10 point, Times New Roman, normal font, single space. Use A4 size paper with margins-top: 1 inch; bottom: 1 inch; left; 1.25 inches; and right; 1.25 inches. Cite the references in parentheses e.g. Kotha et al. [1] in the text. References should be typed in 9 point, normal font, and single space. The entire abstract including text, figures, equations, structures, schemes and references must be sent as a MS-WORD DOC file. The printed area should be 5.8 inches (W) s 9.7 inches (L).

GUIDELINE FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

Participants are requested to prepare their posters that should not exceed the dimension 90cm x 120cm (width x length). Poster should be furnished with the title, authors name, affiliation, introduction, material and methods, results and discussion, conclusion and references. Clear pictures, diagrams, graphs and short tables are highly encouraged to use in posters to win the best poster prize in chemical sciences and biological sciences. The presenting author is entitled for the poster presentation certificate.
